Dundalk Dan's Flies Off The Shelves At Made In Maryland

Even though it was a slightly windy day along the Chesapeake Bay at Kurtz's Beach Sunday, Dundalk Dan's Awesome Beef Jerky didn't need any help at all flying off the shelves. At the Made In Maryland Festival in Pasadena, Dundalk Dan's was a huge hit, selling out two of three flavors of jerky, with only a couple packs left of Sriracha. It was our highest-selling event so far, but you know what they - records are meant to be broken!

Adam at Made In MarylandCustomers particularly raved over the Chesapeake jerky flavor - and how can you blame them? Made with J.O. Crab Seasoning, this variety of jerky sold extremely well, perhaps due to its distinct, flavorful taste, but also perhaps because it thrived in the spirit of Maryland that the festival brought.

Dundalk Dan's was right at home at the festival alongside many other local vendors. These set-ups had Maryland-based craft goods including Maryland-based attire, delicious chocolates, cookies, artwork, and an assortment of decorative household items. Out on the lawn were food trucks with everything from crabcakes to ice cream.

WBAL-TV was there to take in the experience of all the local Maryland vendors, and they could not help but be intrigued by Dundalk Dan's. View their piece here that begins with your favorite beef jerky, or simply click below.
